About Me
I am a Marketing and Management professional with a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from Rutgers University. I have published over 75 papers in the areas of Strategic Alliances, Innovation Management, Outsourcing, and Leadership. Currently, I serve as the Editor-in-Chief of the South Asian Journal of Business Studies (Emerald Publication) and am the Past President and a Fellow of the Eastern Academy of Management. I am currently Associate Dean for Research and Strategic Initiatives.
