(Real Estate Investment Dept.) 1973-1983; Bolton, Ct. Board of Education (& various other elective & appointive boards & commissions incl. Republican Town Committee 1972-1988 & Co-Chair Charter Commission1980) 1972-1988; Private Practice of Law 1983-present; NJIT Humanities Dept. 2001-present. PSA/AAUP NJIT Board 2006-present; all too brief travels to most of Europe, Scandinavia, Moscow & Zagorsk (observer with World Council of Churches), Morocco, Tokyo, Bangkok & Hong Kong. Plays (NICE GOIN' A Mary Martin Biographical Revue, YOU'D BE SURPRISED and SAKI & SANTAYANA) produced or workshopped in Kansas and New York; Cast Album Liner Notes provided for 1998 Madison Square Garden WIZARD OF OZ, Harold Rome's THAT'S THE TICKET (2002) and Studio Cast Recording of Bob Merrill's BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY'S (2014) among others.

Previously taught 212 Cultural History [1599-1919], Senior Seminars on 20th Century History as reflected on Stage & Film as well as single semesters covering classes of Musical Theatre Adaptation and Legal Writing.
