About Me
Received BS (1974), MS (1976) and PhD (1980) from Columbia University in New York. Began working at Bell Labs in 1980. Initial work in x-ray lithography followed by silicon processing followed by InP high speed microave circuit design for optical networks. Over 30 book, journal and conference papers. Left Bell Labs in 2002 to join unsuccesful startup in NJ. Joined NJIT in 2004, initially as a research professor working on MEMS and transmission line monitoring and then as a lecturer still doing research on CdTe solar cells.
