Jessica Miller

Jessica has over two decades of experience in research design, organizational and instructional development, and projects and grants management in non-profit, academic, and government settings. She focuses on diverse community, environmental and planning projects. She serves as the Executive Director for the Environmental Protection Agency's Technical Assistance for Brownfield Communities Program in Regions 2 and 4.
