About Me
Dr. Jasmine (Aichih) Chang is an Assistant Professor at the Martin Tuchman School of Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). She earned her Ph.D. and M.B.A. from the Rutgers Business School at Rutgers University. Her research focuses on food supply chain, technology adoption on supply chain, healthcare management, FinTech, etc. Her works have been published in leading journals such as POMS, Transportation Research Part E, Decision Sciences, Omega, Annals of Operations Research, International Journal of Production Economics, etc.

At NJIT, Dr. Chang teaches courses in Business Data Analytics and Finance, blending her expertise in technology and management to equip students with critical analytical skills. Her commitment to education has been recognized with awards like Poets & Quants’ list of the 50 Best Undergrad Professors, and NJIT Excellence in Teaching Award-Lower Division Undergraduate Instruction.
