· Investigation of environmentally friendly substitutes for cadmium and chromium. · Chemical vapor deposition of thin films using environmentally benign precursors. · Development of membrane materials for MEMS and aerospace applications. · Synthesis and characterization of ceramic membranes for VOC separation. · Design and fabrication of integrated photonic sensors. · Synthesis and characterization of dielectric (SiO2, Si3N4, SiC, BN, DLC) and metal (TiN, Cu, W, Al) thin films.
