I received BS, MS and Ph.D degrees from the MIddle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. After 3 years of post-doctoral research at Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY I joined NJIT in 1982, where currently I serve as a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
