About Me
As Sr. University Lecturer, I have thoroughly enjoyed engaging with students, faculty colleagues, and MTSM’s leadership team.
In addition to my time at MTSM, I offer seven additional years of experience teaching Business and Mathematics courses for NJIT, Felician University, and Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC). This multi-venue variety of courses greatly strengthened my teaching skills.
Prior to teaching, I had a successful career working for New Jersey corporations. I had the good fortune to develop and grow through a dynamic managerial record in multiple industries including: medical devices, pharmaceutical healthcare products, and telecommunications. Within and across these industries I obtained progressive, inter-functional leadership experience in Accounting / Finance, Marketing and Sales, and Information Technology.
Along the way, I have been driven by a keen interest to stay current while cultivating a holistic perspective in the world of business. For example, I have been an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants serving on the Boards of two local chapters and, in 2017, became CSCA (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis).
Leveraging my business, educational, and teaching background, I aim for a classroom environment that bridges real world experience with academic performance and challenges students to think critically. In this way, students will be empowered for success as they enter the changing global marketplace.
