About Me
Dr. Alice(Yanguang) Liu is an assistant professor at the Martin Tuchman School of Management, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). She received her PhD in finance from the University of Arizona and her Master in finance from the University of Virginia. Her research focuses on FinTech, Corporate Finance, Labor and Finance, Venture Capital, Mergers and Acquisitions, Innovation, Tax Avoidance, and Machine Learning. She holds certificates in Neural Networks and Deep Learning and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II candidate.
