Dr. Cimino received his Ph.D in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering at Rutgers University, with a concentration in adsorption science and the characterization of porous materials. His research interests include teamwork and ethics skill development as well as broadening inclusivity in engineering.

Research Interests
Dr. Cimino’s research centers on developing frameworks for undergraduate engineering teamwork skill development and ethical reasoning & decision making that weave together aspects of agency, reflexivity and personal identity. This platform includes both instructional interventions and assessment strategies intended to both build and evaluate skill over time.
