About Me
With a career spanning over two decades, I have held pivotal roles in both the technical and managerial ladders. As a Senior Software Developer, I honed my skills in software engineering, contributing to innovative projects and leading development teams. Transitioning to the management ladder, I served as a Director, where I oversaw strategic initiatives and guided cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
My professional journey includes significant tenures at renowned technology companies, where I played a key role in driving technological advancements and operational excellence. My expertise in software development and leadership has been instrumental in delivering high-impact solutions and fostering a culture of innovation.
Since Fall 2000, I have been deeply involved in academia, sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of engineers and researchers. My academic journey has been dynamic, as I switched between academia and corporate roles until Fall 2017, when I fully committed to academia. My academic background is rooted in a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering, which has provided a strong foundation for my teaching and research endeavors. My work has been driven by a passion for technology and a dedication to mentoring and developing future leaders in the field.
