Joseph Reiner
Mr. Reiner utilizes his training as an environmental scientist to assist communities in developing specific strategies to overcome their brownfield challenges. His responsibilities include interpreting technical reports and regulatory guidance in a straightforward manner that ensures stakeholders are equipped with the tools and know-how to successfully remediate and redevelop their brownfield sites. Joe’s previous roles in private consulting have covered all phases of site remediation; he has planned and led field mobilizations for site/remedial investigations and remediation implementations, prepared statistical data evaluations, contaminant delineations, technical letter memorandums, and peer reviews of report documents and certification forms. He has extensive hands-on experience sampling various environmental media, conducting aquifer pump tests and software modeling, treatability studies for remediation design, technical oversight of soil boring programs, temporary, overburden, and bedrock well installations, excavations/trenches, in-situ injections, and waste management and transport. Joe holds a BS in Environmental Sciences with an Ecology minor.
