About Me
Mitchell's work centers on the transnational legal histories of nuclear weapons and energy. She earned her Ph.D. in History and Sociology of Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a J.D., previously practiced law in Pennsylvania ,and served as a law clerk to Judge Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
