About Me
Nuggehalli M. Ravindra received his PhD in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 1982. Before coming to NJIT, he was associated with CNRS (Paris and Montpellier), International Center for Theoretical Physics (Trisete, Italy), Microelectronics Center for North Carolina, North Carolina State University, Oak Ridge National Labs and Vanderbilt University. His expertise is in Semiconductors. He is an author/co-author of over a 200 journal papers; He has been the guest editor of Journal of Electronic Materials (Springer) since 1996. He holds two patents on Magnetic Field Assisted Assembly. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Emerging Materials Research.
